^^^^ No I dont think so. I was shocked too as well. A lot of people are not taking care of their health the best way they should. A lot of us stress out too much. We dont take the time to rest like we should. The heart can only take so much. Even the wealthy are starting to realize that its better to relax than to work so hard 24/7.
I have learned from those people that you hear that live up to 113 or 115...pretty much people who live past 100 is that there secret is of course eating right, they dont drink alcohol, and they try to live happy lives; they dont stress out as much. Living a happy live can guarantee you a long life. If you are always sad, or always upset or stressed out, it does damage the body.
